Hotel computer system was down for most of 24 hours. They could not print a receipt even 1 day after we left. Bed bugs on one bed. Multiple flies in the room. I like Days Inn as hotel chain - but this was miserable. Cannot recommend to anyone.

On Jul 26 2011 We went there July 4th weekend. We went out to see the falls then returned to check in the room. Im a freak when it comes to bed bugs.The first thing i did before bringing anything into the room is tear off the sheets and check the mattress. On Jan 5 2011 chabias wrote, ...as we left. I noticed we did not receive 25% off our stay, but $15 off one night! In my opinion, our room(s) should have been completely comped. The only good thing I can say about my stay at this Days Inn, is that my room/s didn't have bedbugs. We had stayed at this hotel several times in the past, beginning with our honeymoon in 2002, without incident. This Days Inn has steadily gone downhill.

On Dec 11 2010 Spent night on Dec. 3rd on 3rd floor. Adult and miniscule bed bugs found in both double beds. Moved rooms and checked out next morning. Hope none came home with us!

On Dec 6 2010 Bed bugs were seen in a room at this hotel on December 5 by several people, one of whom does health and safety inspections as a job in Ontario. A lady down the hall found several in her bed as well.

On Dec 3 2010 November 19, & 20th, 2010 The first night stayed on the 3rd floor and found bedbugs in the morning. Told hotel staff and we were moved across the hall. Next morning our sheets were covered in red bedbugs we found and squashed.

On Oct 19 2010 We discovered bed bugs BEFORE we climbed into bed. Motel personnel said fumigating had been done two days prior to our stay, but obviously the bugs are immune. We checked out and were given a refund (I HOPE!).
