On Mar 27 2012 Woody wrote, 3/22/2012 reserved 6 rooms for overnight. captured a bug and showed it at the desk. still have not been refunded. one room had hair on the bed and had likely not been cleaned, others seemed OK but capture of live bed bug was enough for me. I was there to attend my moms funeral and needed the little things to take care of themselves, this was just gross, and overwhelming at that time.
