On Apr 3 2012 I found a bed bug in the bed as I was getting ready to leave. I caught it in an envelope, killed it, and called the front desk. I was told sorry.it happens. The hotel manager said he would call me after peer control had checked the room.to let me know if they found more & to see if I found anymore in my bags. He never called. Poor service & follow up.
