On Jan 2 2012 Checked into room 221. Signs of bugs (note that the mattresses are all in plastic covers but that itself means very little) and informed management who were very accommodating and moved us immediately (noting this had not happened before to their knowledge - and I believe them)

On May 5 2011 ...2010. Nothing was visible so I did not suspect anything, but when I got home I noticed bites around my body, in clusters. (it was only a 2 day trip) There must have been a lot of bed bugs because we also had to exterminate my house after washing all the clothes and throwing away the luggage- it cost us thousands of dollars. Don't know if they have taken care of the problem since, but I doubt it.

On Dec 25 2007 Holiday Inn Express Kennedy Airport wrote, He stayed at the hotel for 3 nights noticing bites. we reported the bites to the counter and they told us that they had remodeled the first and third floor and not the fifth and second. we notice the bites last min and we had to check out with in a couple of hours. The people who took care of the building told us to leave the room and the management quickly moved us till check out.
