There was a few things that were not cleaned properly: a reeces pieces wrapper was left beside the sofa, a used soap bar left in the shower, and the two side table bulbs were burnt out. On Sep 12 2010 McQ101009 wrote, We booked a Whirlpool room only to find out that somewhere our reservation was lost, so they put us in a Jr. Suite. The whole purpose of this trip was to soak and relax in the Whirlpool. We were Comped the room, but later that evening when getting into bed, we discovered bugs in the bed. Needless to say - we packed up and drove home! Our "Comped" room ended up costing us our time and gas to get there...

On Aug 13 2009 jillsToronto wrote, ...up both my arms. The discomfort and itch were so bad that I was eventually advised by a medical professional to go on a cortisone treatment, as the bites developed much like 'bed bug' bites. So I would advise you to stay clear of room 329, in case of possible re-occurence. No other members of my party were affected this way, so whatever the cause, if it is the hotel, it is restricted to room 329.
