On Sep 15 2011 ...too and had similar bites all over my body. My colleague said that he did some research and leaving the lights on when you fall asleep apparently prevents the bed bugs from biting you. He did this one night and was able to get a good night sleep. We told the lady at the front desk and she made note of it. I called the hotel afterwards to tell the manager of the issue; hopefully it gets resolved.

On Mar 21 2011 Not so sweet, Dolce. wrote, I found what appeared to be a bed bug in a 5th floor guest room at Dolce, Palisades (IBM). The GM agreed that it looked very much like a bed bug but wanted THEIR exterminator to make a final determination. Of course, it would be utter suicide to admit to a bed bug problem, but I do have photos of the creature. Their contracted exterminator thinks it was not a bed bug (of course), but a spider beetle....
