We had very little interaction with staff (in late and out early in the morning) but those that we interacted with were very nice. Our request for extra towels was met very promptly. However, there was a constant whistling noise through the balcony door which kept my daughter from sleeping very much, the food for breakfast was disappointing and the worse aspect is we returned covered in bedbugs. It needs a good sandblasting to get the grime out of the walls and tiles and I refused to shower in there - would never walk barefoot either - the room also had an odour and I woke up in themorning scratchy and had 3 bites on me - not sure if from the mosquitoes or bedbugs.
