On Jul 20 2011 megrocks003 wrote, ...ever had while traveling ( I travel a good bit for work). Upon entering the room, there was a HUGE bug in the bathroom. We informed management, who told us he was not worried about the bug because at least it wasn't bed bugs. During the conversation (we were very polite) he never once apologized, offered to have the bathroom re-cleaned and he commented another three times that they don't have bed...
