There was one live bed bug under the bed spread near the foot of the bed and another between the flat and fitted sheet on the upper edge of the mattress. Furthermore, our credit card was double charged when we cancelled our reservation. Moreover, our reserved and confirmed room was unavailable upon our arrival.
