On May 24 2011 BlairF27 wrote, ...two. Friendly and helpful staff. Very affordable. Cons: The swimming pool is indefinitely closed. Parking was difficult, as the lot was quite small. The beds are noisy, as they are all covered in plastic and vinyl to protect them from bedbugs. This also makes them very hot and not breathable. The continental breakfast was only pastries, oranges, and coffee & tea. No cereal, milk or other fruits.

On Aug 23 2009 Saratoga Downtowner wrote, Have had the BAD for years.Found one and brought it to the desk. They offered a new room to us but we left. And they still charged the credit card. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL!

On Feb 27 2006 A TripAdvisor Member wrote, I was wondering if anyone has experience bed bugs before in this hotel. i love the place, convinience, close to everything, nice and warm staff, but not completely sure about the bed bugs i found in my luggage after staying there.
