On Aug 4 2011 eschmidlin wrote, ...shampoo and soap, the drain was clogged with a large hairball. The experience made me fearful of bed bugs so we washed all clothing in hot water when we got home. The front desk person said this happened the previous week also. She offered me a 20% discount on our NEXT stay. I explained that I was paying for a clean bed and shower THIS visit and that I would not plan on staying there again.

On Nov 3 2009 ...There were 2 of us staying there and my friend woke up with horrible bites on her upper body. They were so bad she had to go to the ER for medication. We later found an adult and juvenile bed bug in her bed. They let us change rooms and also refunded our money for the stay, however, they will not reinburse my friend for her ER visit. There were no bed bugs in the room we switched to upstairs.
