On Aug 14 2011 sigmablade wrote, ...very least a nice, clean room. We were disappointed. It was filthy, the bathroom door had a ____ in it, and the free breakfast was served on sticky, dirty countertops and tables. Yuck is all I can say about this place. Will never go back, and we're considering crossing off the entire Best Western chain after this experience. I guess the best thing we could say is that there were no bedbugs. Yet.

On Jul 12 2010 keheley80 wrote, ...unit. The smelly part never went away. The bathroom was yucky - mildew, unfinished painting, caulk all over and the sink drain was extremely slow. The upgrade breakfast was a joke. It only went until 9am and there was nothing left by 830. Worst was the mysterious itching from the bed. I don't want to say they had bed bugs, but I had bite marks on my arms and my husband was up all night itching.
