On Nov 18 2011 11/17/11 I checked into an even numbered room on the second floor. By the afternoon of 11/18/11 I noticed a swollen, itchy area on my left ring finger and behind my left ear on my scalp. By the evening of 11/18/11, both areas were swollen, itchy and painful. Bed bugs. Don't stay here.

I know what they are and I know the reaction my body has from the bites of a bed bug so for this hotel to claim that there are none on the property is heinous and a disgrace. On Jul 28 2011 7/18/2011 After a night's rest here, I noticed I began to develop sores on my legs, and after some research I discovered it must be bedbugs. I travel quite frequently, and have never had problems in the past, but after staying here, I found out what bedbugs are all about. Wish I would have done some more research. Lesson learned.

The rooms did need some fixings but nothing major and they were clean for me and I am a fanatic about hotel cleanliness. Seeing a past review about bed bugs we checked our beds and there was no sign at all. This last time we were there our family had 4 rooms booked with not complaints.
