On Nov 19 2012 ...the welts on her back and side asking me if I was itching. We look and sure enough she has bed bugs on her side of the bed and she is itching for the rest of the night. NOT ONLY THAT but my friend worked at a hotel before and the staff didn't follow protocol ask if we were ok when she is severely allergic to the bites all the night shift can say is I'll give you another room.? I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
