On Jul 23 2012 Russ L wrote, I woke up with a large itching welt on my right inner arm. Right away I knew it had to be from bed bugs, spiders or whatever was in the room that night. I showed it to the manager on check out. He acted like he could care less. I was able to talk him into a $30.00 discount on my room. On Feb 5 2011 My kids and i went to stay here because our electric was out. I looked at the mattress first thing when we entered the room and there was a dead bed bug in the first place i looked. I went to the front desk with the bed bug in the room key envelope and dumped it on the counter. The desk clerk told me that the bed bug looked "old" and that they wouldn't charge my credit card.
