On Oct 7 2010 ...legs the morning after she'd arrived home. She also stated the place was filthy and shouldn't be considered as a future place to stay on our tours. She was in room #148. This has really inconvenienced our customers as we pride ourselves on our service and we've never had this kind of problem before. We feel this hotel should be closed until they can rid themselves of the problems with bedbugs.

On Oct 7 2010 My husband and I stayed there in room 104 with a tour group of 51 persons on Monday night, October 4, 2010. I had read the report from the previous person who stayed there in July so I was careful to check the bed area before use. I was amazed to see how dirty the carpet was all around the bed but did not see any evidence of critters in all the mess. The next morning we saw many on the extra pillows...
