On Sep 18 2012 SCOTT D wrote, ...National Park, which was on our vacation list. The 'Could have been better' - 1) The room was not very clean. You can always tell how clean a room/hotel is by looking under the mattress. If there is hair, used tissues, papers, etc., you know it's not well maintained. Unfortunately, this was the case with this hotel, which leaves a bad taste in my mouth. Most positive - however - was no bed bugs!

On Aug 4 2012 c d wrote, We were here with a large group and one of the families found a bedbug on the last day. One of the rooms didn't have airconditioning and noone fixed it in the week we were there. The hallways were hot too. The website says it was renovated in 2010, maybe the lobby. The bathroom in our room was very dingy. It is a two story hotel with no elevator. Now they have charged my credit card one too many days...

On Jul 19 2012 STEVEN S wrote, Hotel was typical for price point. I did not appreciate bringing home bed bugs. Shame on you. This is not a new problem and you should be on top of this. Won't ever stay here again.
