On Jun 26 2011 Saw single bed bug on wall. Checked rest of room very carefully and took precautions with personal items and could not find anymore, nor evidence of them. Notified hotel and they upgraded us to room on different floor and said they would take care of our room.

On Nov 23 2010 I checked in on 11/19/10. Bed bugs were crawling on the underside of the dust ruffle. The box springs were covered with black dots (bed bugs waste product). I was in room 430. I was in the room less than 10 minutes since I check beds first thing.
