On Sep 22 2011 I stayed at this Hampton Inn on 9/13/11. I left with 23 bed bug bites on one arm, 17 on another and a few on my face. I checked the bed before staying and did not see anything, however, I later found out that bed bugs are nocturnal and difficult to see during the day and tend to hide in alarm clocks, behind the bedboards that are attached to the walls and the wall mounted light fixtures. On Mar 8 2011 I booked a room at the Hampton Inn on Saturday, March 6th, 2011. I checked the room for bedbugs upon arrival and didn't find any. About an hour later, we spot one on the comforter near the pillow and one walking across the bed towards the bottom! We put one in a plastic bag and brought it to the desk clerk. They were very kind and apologetic and gave us a new room, but I felt too creepy-crawly to stay....
