On Apr 3 2012 My wife and I stayed here on Sat., 3-24-12 and awoke to find a live bug on the top sheet of the mattress. Took the bug to front desk where the young man working placed it into a container, stating that he isn't trained to identify bed bugs. He stated that we would receive a call from the hotel the next day. I proceeded to call the hotel today and was told that the bug was, in fact, a bed bug. I asked...

On Jan 16 2012 AirlineGuyNYC wrote, ...these were not her pets, but rather she was an exterminator and the dogs were the ones trained and used for bedbugs. I've stayed here several times, i've never seen a bedbug or had a problem, but perhaps the hotel indeed may have an infestation based on these dogs. Or maybe it was just preventative. Either way, if you stay here, i'd sure check the bed and room thoroughly for bugs just in case !
