On Sep 4 2012 Removed comforter upon check in since it was hot and then went swimming and came back to watch TV. Was watching TV in bed and noticed a couple of bugs on the blanket. Jumped up and pulled back the blankets and sheets and there were big bed bugs. Immediately notified front desk clerk who did not know what to do except refund us. We bagged everything we had and left.

On Jul 16 2012 ...rooms. We changed our room because of the patio door, but the 2nd room was no better. A tiny red bug was on my bed & sheets had stains on them. Room service changed our linen, but I was on the edge for the rest of the weekend. I googled the tiny red bug & bedbugs. I found out the tiny was a clover mite. On Mar 26 2012 ...in the sink, and pee splatters on the toilet. GROSS! Shortly after that, our daughter saw a bug crawling on the pillow. We caught it and removed all of our belongings from the room. The manager was at the desk and confirmed that it was a bed bug. (I had pulled back the sheets, and checked under the mattress and didn't see anything.
