On Jul 15 2012 My family stayed in Room 228 and although we did not have any bed bug issues, we had to kill at least 10 mosquitos and there were a few spiders near the door way. I would that because this inn does not have interior rooms, the insects flew in when we opened the door.

On Oct 20 2011 ...the week days. I did not notice anything until Monday October 17, there were 2-3 small brown bugs crawling on a kleenex box I placed on the bed. We told management who stated the bug guy was coming that day to spray around the property, they would have him check the room. By October 18 I had 20-40 bug bites all over my arms, neck, and hands. I later found out if you are allergic to them the welts...

On Aug 25 2011 I checked in to the Hotel on August 19 2011. I had room 326 and when I went to the room I did inspection of the room for bed bugs. I'm Executive Housekeeper for . Hotels, so I went to several bed bugs training in the past. I found bed bugs in the matters and on the sofa in room 326. I went to the Front Desk to report my issue. On May 29 2011 Sunshine103 wrote, ...that he really didn't want to go to jail for assult. True story! I happily signed for my refund for our early check-out feeling we had made the wise choice. On the plus side - relatively inexpensive, in room microwave and fridge, no bed bugs (I always check) and the hotel is very near Cedar Point. They also offer wi-fi and cable both of which work randomly. Good luck if you decide to stay here.

On Jul 30 2010 Mary wrote, ...(My husband had only one.) Most of the bites were on private areas that no mosquito could get to, so I was pretty sure what had happened. I called the hotel to report it. No offer of a refund, but at least the manager was polite and honest. They knew about a previous problem in the room and had just replaced the beds, the carpet, "everything". Those bugs have a good hiding place, wherever it is.
