Our hotel keys didn't really work and the entire staff was rude. Luckily, we were able to pick up our own bedding from a relative that lived closeby. It was really that disgusting and I was worried about getting bed bugs as, it's obvious the rooms were filthy.

The third party consolidator that had a "no refund" policy, immediately refunded my money! Shame on the third party consolidator for rating this hotel 2 1/2 stars.
