On Dec 19 2011 Wife and I woke up itching at 4 in the morning, only to turn on the light over the bed and find a number of bed bugs crawling around inside the pillow case and on the bed. Was not a great experience. It's still pending whether or not we'll get a refund after leaving the hotel in the middle of the night.
