On Oct 1 2012 Michelle S wrote, ...after the complete bill was already paid. He is definitely in need of Platinum Customer Service 101. This is not a place I would recommend. There were also bed bugs which managment did not want to take the responsibility for and just completely ignored the situation. My entire group that consisted of 32 people was a nightmare. It seems as though there only concern is booking rooms to make a $1.

On Sep 25 2012 Tee D wrote, BEWARE! This hotel has bed bugs. I had to be switch to 3 different rooms which all had bed bugs. The manager was rude and not helpful. PLEASE PLEASE dont stay here and if you do check your room please carefully. The hotel also has a cricket problem, they are everywhere.

After traveling for the past 5 weeks and doing this in every room we stayed and finding nothing - we finally found bugs at this hotel between the mattress and box spring. There were no moving bugs that I could see, but lots of dead parts. I don't know if they were bedbugs, but there was alot of bug remains....
