On Apr 19 2012 Ra M wrote, Thanks Crown Plaza at LAX for the bed bug experience. Their bite marks (over 30) are still noticeable after a month. Crown Plaza also refused to cooperate with me when I asked for a refund. What a terrible experience! See you in small claims court Crown Plaza LAX.

On Mar 9 2011 npalmer1 wrote, The staff were rude when we tried to check in. The carpet was filthy, and probably should have checked for bed bugs. Not at all like any other Crowne Plaza I have stayed at before, our room was on the third floor and looked out onto the air conditioning vents or such. Was not worthy the money and won't be back.
