On Mar 19 2012 Stayed on the 10th floor for a week. Returned home with 10 welts on my arm. Looks like bed bug bites.

On Dec 13 2011 stayed here for 2 nights due to qantas strike on the 28th and 29th October stayed on level 12 woke up with a bite on my leg didnt think anything of it as days went on got really sore when got back to australia it had gotten infected was in hospital for 2 days they have to cut it out doctors but it down to a bedbug that got really badly infected

Again, it's not a horrible hotel. Isn't infested with bed-bugs. Or anything of that nature. Perhaps we just hit it at the wrong time. But we also never encountered anything that made it stand out as anything other than "just a hotel".

They offered to comp my room service, and that's it! I can't believe that no one from that company has called to extend their apologies, ask questions or offer to credit me my room fee either.
