On Feb 26 2012 After staying one night we found a bed bug on a sock. We called the desk and a housekeeping staff came. She was nice and did a cursory inspection and told us they would call Erlich and quarrantine the room and the rooms on either side. The room was comped. Everyone was very nice however their reaction seemed like they were very familiar with the process.

There was NO BED bugs in our beds. We stayed on the top floor. The bath room was blah. The breakfast in the morning is free. They serve waffles, toast, bagels, coffee, tea, juice, and cereals. Was fine for a 1 night stay
