On Jun 25 2012 Collegebound2013 wrote, The Super 8 hotel in State College, PA was clean. The breakfast was doable. The employees were friendly. It's very close to Penn State. It didn't 'break the bank.' There were no bedbugs. We were in the area to take a Campus Tour of University Park.

On Jun 18 2012 Marblehead750 wrote, ...in my room, so they are consistent). The room was also dimly lit, with two sorry looking saggy beds with disgusting bedspreads, a table and chair and a credenza for the flat screen TV (that got terrible reception). I immediately stripped the bed of the bedspread and checked for bedbugs. None found. The floor in the bathroom had crusty gunk in every corner and looked horrible. Avoid this hotel.
