On Nov 14 2010 The couch in the attaching room had bed bugs. Although the company has taken preventive measures to protect their beds. They need to do the same to the pull out bed in the suite. Staff were understanding of this issue. I ended up bringing them home.

On Nov 13 2010 We had a room with an additional side room, with a couch in it. While our beds had no bedbugs, the couch was infested with them. Hotel management was very understanding.

On Aug 23 2009 valrnc wrote, ...to the unusual floor plan. I had the added "bonus" of returning home after my one day stay with bedbug bites all over me that I'm still trying to eradicate after two physician appointments and two presciptions. I have stayed in other Comfort Inns and have never had an experience this bad - can't believe that a corporation like Comfort Inns would allow this property to operate on such a substandard level
