On Dec 18 2009 My husband and I stayed 3 nights, found the bugs in the middle of the last night - on the beds. I caught one, and showed it to front desk staff. Said to wait till manager came in, in the morning. We were made to wait almost 2 hours AFTER the manager arrived for 2 personell to come in, flip the mattresses, and tell us "there's no bugs here." They saw the specimen, and said "we don't know what that is"....

I thought they were to small to see however at maturity they are big enough like an apple seed. The baby is sleeping in the car seat and I am packing our things. Looking for another place to stay.
