On Apr 20 2011 I think that it is only fair that anyone claiming to have an occurrence with bed bugs do the due diligence and investigate what an actual bed bug looks like. I realize that seeing any type of bug can be a nuisance but come on people do your homework first. On Apr 6 2011 ...I checked into my room on 4/5/11. Walked up and dropped my bags. On Jan 23 2011 It's too bad the hotel is so complacent with taking care of this issue. We have stayed here several times a few years ago and would stay again. However, they have lost our business (and we actually live in hotels due to our work) until they have amended the problem correctly. shame on the management - as we are business travelers we usually book a few rooms and spend considerable money.
