I called to report it and here's how the exchange went: ME: "Hi, I've got bed bugs in my room, I'd like a new room please" Front Desk: "Sir, there are no bed bugs in this hotel" ME: (dumbfounded) "Sir, I'm looking right at them" Front Desk: (annoyed) "OK, i'll come up to have a look" I was absolutely blown away. On Oct 28 2010 tripmaster78 wrote, ...SMOKE AT MY WEDDING). They did this to charge my credit card $250! This was a nightmare. I travel all of the time. I am a travel agent and this was the worse hotel experience I ever had! Please DO NOT STAY HERE! The rooms were not clean the service was horrible and the maids cleaned the rooms while smoking. LOL This was a horrible excuse for a room! Some of my guests complained they had bed bugs.
