On Aug 20 2010 ...I noticed when I pulled the covers down on the bed that there was hair all over the pillow. I then decided to check the mattress and box spring and found a bed bug on the top edge of the box spring. I reported it to hotel management and demanded another room (on the 3rd floor) that had a brand new mattress, which indicated to me that the hotel must have had bed bug issues in other rooms as well.
