On May 22 2011 Stayed here october 2009, as I was falling asleep, I noticed a live bedbug crawl onto my bed. I captured it and presented to the front desk. I was given a refund and a different room to stay in. I will not stay there again. A refund was nice, but I should have reported to pa dept of health since the problem wasn't fixed based on subsequent reports here.

On Jan 21 2011 This is the author of the previous report (above) referencing Christmas Eve stay. Hotel Manager returned our call and refunded our stay as well as an apology, which was appreciated. The Manager also indicated that housekeeping has been advised and a thorough cleaning of this room and others have been conducted. On Jan 3 2011 Wife and I stayed here in Room 1080, Christmas Eve 2010 that resulted with wife taken to Hospital ER for 20 bites on right hand, arm, neck and face. Desk was notified and desk clerk offered us to talk to Manager, which we didn't. Damage already done. Simply wanted to alert and report.
