On Aug 5 2012 Mgf80 wrote, Toilet didn't flush right, refrigerator didn't work, no free coffee in lobby, pool was super cloudy, very outdated hotel & rooms. No air in hotel lobby or hallways. Ice makers not working on dome floors. Not very clean & killed 3 bed bugs!

On Sep 6 2011 ...and two girls decided to left up all the covers and lift the mattress to make sure there was no bed bugs. we lifted the mattress on the bed next to the door and saw something black my husnad went to grab it and popped it and indeed it was a bed bug the cover indead with a brown stain then we saw one smaller and he did the same my daughters and i started screamming they have bed bugs. i tried calling...

On Aug 17 2007 floppypretzel wrote, ...bathroom and was told the machine was empty. The room itself looked very run down. The wallpaper was peeling. There was mold in the tub area and on the shower curtain. The sheets never stayed on the bed, They were curling around us all night. To top it off, my daughter came home with red bumps on her chest. At this point we are wondering if these are bed bugs. I would never recommend this Hotel.
