On Jul 18 2011 dfb281 wrote, Old and dirty room! No boxspring cover so you can see the complete boxspring, whatever the "brown" stuff on it was disgusting. Basically the "room cleaning" was making the bed, thats it. It is a maze of hallways to find your room with step downs of 3-4 steps, rediculous. I could not recommend staying here under any circumstances! If i had a car i would have rather slept in it than the room. Waiting...

On Feb 24 2011 treeboston wrote, ...reddened and lasted for almost two weeks. It was after reading this registry that it looked like a bed bug bite from the different bites shown on the computer. This hotel is right across the street from the Newport Grand Casino and is a very busy place. I hope they have done something to rectify this problem. It is not their fault that bed bugs got in but it is their responsibility to get them out.
