On Nov 19 2010 We stayed at this resort during the first week of August 2010 (8/2 thru 8/6). We honestly did not see a sign of a bed bug, but weren't looking for them-I thought that bed bugs could never happen to me-foolish thinking. On Sep 12 2010 I stayed on the 2nd floor at this hotel during this past summer. It appeared very nice; however, upon staying there overnight. I noticed that there were several small bugs in one of the bedrooms of the hotel suite. I alerted the staff, but I was passed off & told that they exterminate and do not have a problem with bugs. I left and stayed at another hotel that night.
