On Apr 9 2011 ...is they live in the cracks of the wooden headboard. Taking the bed apart, I did not find adult bugs; they may have had pest control there. I did not bring it up with mgmt, as we were at first not 100% sure, if they were BB bites - until later in the day on the road, when a few more bites appeared on his body. On Feb 27 2010 2/22/10 Checked into my hotel room at approximately 7:30 P.M., went to bed at approximately 10:30 P.M. Woke up to 2 bugs on my chest and a pillow 1/2 covered with bed bugs. Management was willing to change my room or pay for my stay (that night) at a different location, but not willing to reimburse me for any of my expense. Owner's response-"Sue Me". The person at the front desk, Jacqueline, was very nice and helpful, but she was the only one. Management's response is poor, and that's being complimentary. AVOID THIS HOTEL.Travel to the next exit for a Hampton Inn. Hampton is $20/night more, but well worth it!
