On Apr 16 2012 Anonymous42012 wrote, ...but they are short staffed and do a terrible job cleaning the rooms. On our 2nd day we found a bed bug and had to leave, go to a laundry mat and wash all our stuff and throw out our luggage because we feared taking any home. This hotel has nice food, great location, very friendly but understaffed and dirty, don't go there. Management needs to do better with the staff shortage and cleaning issues....

On Feb 3 2012 Stayed on a Sun night and the following Sat woke to see bed bug bites(bites don't always show up right away). After the Hilton we went right to my sister's home in Florida and she just found her first live bed bug. I have since returned home and have been taking many hours taking numerous precautions to prevent them from entering my home. Exhausting job physically and mentally.
