On Jun 9 2012 Travis A wrote, my stay was terrible. woke up with bedbugs eating my son and i alive!. completly ____ me out and on top of all that had to get all our belongings fumeagated, buy new clothing that they are refuseing to pay for. so arrived back home with no luggage,no clothes,no shoes, ruined my vacation! needless to say we will never stay there again.

On Apr 1 2008 deedledee wrote, ...grew on the bites got worse and worse and a pharmacists that we went to see told us that they were bed bug bites and we needed to request a room change. So we did. Our new room did not have any pillows and after several calls to the front desk we finally got some at 8:30 that night! Then the new room (a non-smoking room in a supposed non-smoking hotel) was filled with the smell of cigarette smoke....
