On Sep 25 2012 timberwolfpools8 wrote, ...settled into the rooms, we noticed roaches around the frig and microwave. Then they appeared around the kitchen sink. Then we found bed bugs and several of the crew experienced bites. We checked out. I made the staff aware, and he appeared concerned , but offered no refund, discount or anything. We left and checked into the Best Western for several dollars more. Will never use that chain again.
