On May 23 2012 Checked into a first-floor room (150?) on 04 May 2012. During my fairly extensive bed bug check, I removed the headboards from the walls. Behind one of the headboards I discovered dozens of bed bug casings (no live bugs). I informed the clerk at the front desk. He refunded my money and put me in another hotel a couple of miles away. On Feb 8 2012 dave9022 wrote, value is definitely a sliding scale - you get what you pay for - but nowhere on that scale should having bugs crawl on you while you are in bed be acceptable. There are some basic standards that i refuse to compromise or let slide - and this is one of them. i will not be coming back.
