On Apr 23 2012 I stayed in the Cool Springs Marriott on 4/21/2012 for a conference. We stayed in room 202. I had to sleep on a roll away due to the hotels overbooking of rooms. I noticed some bites (5 or 6) on my leg late that night that I do not remember having earlier in the day. By 9pm on 4/22 I counted 24 bites on my left thigh alone.

On Jan 15 2012 On January 13 we stayed here. We found five bugs in the room. We had looked the night before at the bed linens and did not find any. The management was very helpful, but they found some behind the headboard.

On May 19 2007 PCHRunner wrote, ...of a negligent staff. The experience at the hotel only became worse when I woke the next morning with numerous bug bites. When I informed the front desk they first said that they could come up and spray! I asked for another room and to have the manager contact me. I was moved to another room but never heard from management again. My advice, sleep tight else ware and don't let the bedbugs bite.
