On Sep 4 2012 ...sheets. Upon further examination of the bed/bedding it was clear that there was an infestation of bed bugs. Droppings and nests were clearly visible. This was the same for my associate in the adjacent room. Both rooms were riverfront, numbers 291 and 292 I believe. The front desk was very nice, apologetic and refunded us no questions asked. On Aug 26 2012 On August 12th,2012 I found evidence of bed bug infestation - moving baby bugs, casings, and droppings. Management was very cordial and gave me another room - found similar evidence there. Saw a dead adolescent bug in the linen. Beautiful rooms and it looked like they had treated and need to treat again.
