On Apr 5 2012 iheartbball wrote, ...bar area was welcoming. All of this was forgotten when we realized the family had been bitten by bed bugs. We noticed the bites after check out. When I called, they asked me to fill out an incident report. I did, yet never received a call back. So I called and asked to speak to the manager. He was very professional and nice, but he insisted that the room was inspected and that no bugs were found....

On Nov 7 2011 11/4/2011 Husband stayed here for work room 1209. He was in bed for 15 minutes and bitten numerous times. He had the insects and pic's of them. Managment came to the room and admitted it was bed bugs. They changed his room and gave him a big can of Lanicaine. They also wrote a report stating it was bed bugs for his company. There was no offer of compensation.

They moved him to the 14th floor and gave him a can of Lanicaine. Interesting that they had cans of Lanicaine to give out. Sounds like an on going problem to me.
