On Sep 24 2012 A few seen crawling in bed across white sheet. I took them to the manager in a cup. He confirmed and gave us a key to move to another room. I looked more closely at the bed before leaving the room and saw the bugs crawling all over the top of the headboard. We did not have to pay for our stay. The manager was very apologetic and nice.

On Aug 27 2011 ...I felt like something was biting me, so I got on top of the covers and slept. I didn't think about bedbugs until the next morning. I did report it to the hotel. They sent me a note the next week that said that had the room checked out and there were no bedbugs. They had an exterminator come out and check it also. On Jan 19 2009 Holiday Inn Dallas Market Center wrote, ...and were comfortable. I did wake up scratching and had bite marks on my ankles, but the thought of bed bugs never entered my mind. I had no knowledge or encounter with bed bugs ever. Upon checkout the next morning a lady in the waiting room said she had lost a top to her lotion and when she pulled the covers down, her bed was covered in bed bugs. Luckily I met this woman and I was completely disgusted....
