On Aug 24 2012 LsDano wrote, ...the road construction but last time I waited for well over an hour and had to call three times. My room this time looked clean but smelled musty and the mattress sagged. For a hotel that can't be that old, it doesn't seem to be aging gracefully. On the plus side, everyone was friendly and the breakfast was reasonably good. I saw no evidence of bed bugs that others have reported in their reviews.

On May 9 2012 DCP75 wrote, ...what was not mentioned on their website was that the whole area between the airport and the hotel is completely under construction and a mess to navigate. It takes forever to get anywhere. I realize this isn't the hotel's fault, but it would have been nice to know in advance! The ugly: But my biggest complaint would be the bed bugs. I woke up with the back of my leg completely covered in bites!

On Jun 29 2011 ...Suites DFW-Grapevine, TX in June 2011 for six nights. An associate stayed in another room one floor down as well. I had multiple bites from bedbugs on both legs (inner and outer side), and on my back. After the trip, my associate confirmed to me that they had the same thing happen to them in their room. We have another trip planned in August 2011 for this area, and we won't be staying here again.
