On May 27 2011 1st night was 05-23-2011 woke with 3-5 red bites the diameter of a dime on arms and legs. 2nd night 05-24-2011 woke with additional bites totaling 25-30, this time on forehead, back of neck, arms, legs, back, and one finger. Met tactfully with desk manager to not alarm other guests. Displayed bites on my arms and asked to check-out. Desk manager mentioned she would not charge for the additional nights...

On May 26 2010 BRANDI wrote, ...airport, i was only in this hotel in for about 4 hours. i arrived in phoenix on the 21st . and today the 25th i found to bed bugs on my comferter that is on my bed . where i had placed my bags that i had in the hotel.my father recognize them because he is a professinal exterminator ( TERMIIX ) HE GOT THE BUGS BY TAPE AND LOOK AT THEM UNDER THE LIGHT AND WHAT DO YOU KNOW ? YESS! THEY WERE BEDBUGS!

On Jan 25 2010 Bob wrote, Got up at 3am to catch a flight, found a few large bedbugs (they were full of blood; we squished them) on the bed and several smaller ones on the wall above it. Also saw where some had been squished on the wall.
