On Sep 18 2012 ...one too. Saw a third and couldn't catch it. Looked them up on the net and sure enough, it was a bed bug. Called the front desk to report it. They offered me another room. The manager did not present any apology, or compensation for my stay. She said she sent in an exterminator who stated that "did not see anything." Eventhough I had 2 bugs to prove it, I was not taken seriously and not compensated.
